Sales Support & Customer Enquiry Coordinator

About the role

Based in Bayswater North, Melbourne, with remote work available for the right candidate. Applications welcome Australia-wide.

The sales support and customer enquiry coordinator will be responsible for responding to and follow up customers who submit an online enquiry to Dream Courts. The role involves contacting leads that our sale staff have not yet been able to reach, understanding what the customer is looking for, gathering information, answering initial questions, maintaining customer records and passing on active leads to our sales leaders. This is a highly customer-focused role suited to someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by achieving results.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to new customer enquires received through the Dream Courts website

• Pick up customer contact once the sales leads pass them on to you

• Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to discuss their requirements

• Follow up enquires that have not yet progressed

• Ensure no genuine customer enquiry is missed or left without a response

• Pass on reactive leads to the sales leads in a timely manner

• Speak with customers to understand their project requirements

• Establish what type of court or solution the customer is interested in

• Gather important project information

• Accurately record all customer interactions, notes and follow-up activities in the CRM system

About you

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

• A friendly, professional and enthusiastic manner

• Strong follow up and organisational skills

• The ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers

• Strong attention to detail

• Good computer and CRM skills (ideally Salesforce)

• The ability to manage multiple enquires and priorities at once

• A proactive and results driven approach

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration or lead generation is desirable
