As we continue to expand our operations into Australia, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is eager to build a career in event sales and operations.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in the events industry. You will gain hands-on experience across both business development and event operations, working closely with our regional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and research prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client quotations.
• Maintain and update client database and sales pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Support the team during client meetings and presentations.

Event Operations Support:

• Support senior team members in planning and delivering client events
• Assist with coordination of vendors, venues, and suppliers
• Support preparation of event materials and logistics
• Assist during on-site event and exhibition operations as required

Client & Team Coordination:

• Communicate with clients under guidance of senior team members
• Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Support post-event follow-ups and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally for events when required.
