Factory & Despatch Worker

About the role

MTL Marcoola is seeking a motivated and reliable despatch worker to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Marcoola, Queensland. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the processing & despatch of our high-quality plastic products.

Key responsibilities

• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

• Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Providing support to the production team as needed

• Pick / Pack /Despatch / forklift operation

• Use of scanners and computer

About you

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to handle changing priorities

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity

• Commitment to working safely and upholding quality standards
