About the role:

Join a corporate and resources team advising publicly listed and private Australian clients, primarily across the resources sector. You will be involved in matters across different stages of a client’s development lifecycle, with exposure to corporate advice, mining-related work and commercial transactions.

• Advise resources clients on corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Support work for listed and private companies across the mining and resources sector.
• Assist with transaction documents, drafting, due diligence and matter management.
• Work closely with Partners and develop commercial judgment early in your career.
• Build confidence managing client relationships and delivering clear, practical advice.

The ideal candidate:

• The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ PQE in corporate legal advice, ideally within the resources sector.
• Experience or strong academic exposure in corporate law, mining law or resources-related legal work.
• Strong drafting skills, good attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly.
• A commercial mindset, strong organisation skills and confidence working to agreed timeframes.
• Law graduates with strong academics and a genuine interest in corporate/resources law are also encouraged to apply.
