Factory Hand

About the role

Chemforce has an immediate opportunity for a Factory Hand to join our team in Laverton North, VIC on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in our warehousing, mixing, downpacking of products and picking and packing products for distribution.

What you'll be doing

1. Helping to downpack bulk product into various containers, labelling, cartonizing

2. Helping with production of bulk chemical products

3. Picking, packing and dispatching orders

4. Operating forklifts and other machinery to manufacture, pick and store products

5. Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment

6. Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures

7. Early start, early finish

What we're looking for

1. High level of responsibility, care and common sense

2. Prior experience working in a warehouse or factory environment

3. Forklift license

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately

5. Good physical fitness and stamina to handle physical labour

6. Commitment to workplace health and safety
