Duty Manager

Bridgeport Hotel in Murray Bridge is looking for a part-time or full-time Duty Manager who enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences. This role also has the flexibility to do shifts in other areas to pick up extra shifts.

In this role you will be responsible for assisting all departments across Bridgeport, and will get unrivalled experience in the operations of the business.

Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our all hotel departments and ensure the business is running smoothly and our guests return again and again.

First and foremost is a strong team player, creative and self-motivated

Supervise the day to day operations of the hotel, and be the point of contact in the absence of the Department Heads

Customer service duties including check ins, check outs and managing any guest enquires.

Assisting the Restaurant, Bar & Gaming during busy periods and making sure breaks are covered.

Provide outstanding customer service to our guests at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience across a variety of Hospitality operations (Front Office, Restaurant, Bar, Gaming etc.)

Current RSA and Basic Gaming certificates

Responsible Persons Badge

A ‘Jack of all trades’ – willing to turn their hand to anything

Immaculate personal presentation skills and grooming

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to foster team spirit with a positive, can-do attitude

7 day availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
