Client Services & Practice Coordinator – Physiotherapy

About the role

You will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of Hurstville Physio Plus, working closely with our physiotherapists, Director and Business Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm, professional and exceptional experience for every client

• Managing reception, phones, emails, appointments and client records

• Supporting clinicians to keep the practice running efficiently

• Maintaining accurate client records and practice systems

• Processing payments, invoices, Medicare, HICAPS and daily reconciliation

• Managing stock, supplies and practice facilities

• Following up outstanding accounts and assisting with administration

• Supporting practice marketing and community engagement initiatives

• Building positive relationships with clients, referrers, suppliers and other stakeholders

• Maintaining and improving practice systems and processes

• Contributing ideas that improve efficiency, client experience and team performance

• Supporting the culture and continued growth of Hurstville Physio Plus

We're looking for someone who is:

Personable and genuinely enjoys people - you will be one of the first people our clients see and speak to, so warmth, confidence and excellent communication are essential.

Organised and switched-on - you will be comfortable managing competing priorities, paying attention to detail and keeping things moving when the practice is busy.

Professional and confident - you will represent our practice to clients, health professionals, suppliers and the local community.

A team player - you'll work closely with our physiotherapists and administration team and contribute positively to the culture of the practice.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in medical, allied health, professional services, hospitality, customer service or administration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems

• High attention to detail

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Confidence handling payments, accounts and basic financial administration

• The ability to work independently while contributing strongly to a team

• Initiative, flexibility and a genuine willingness to help

• A commitment to providing an exceptional client experience

Experience with physiotherapy, allied health, medical terminology or practice management software would be advantageous — but personality, attitude and initiative are just as important to us as experience.
