THE ROLE
The Senior Asset Planning Officer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the full lifecycle asset planning activities across the public housing portfolio and is responsible for maximising outcomes from the existing housing and property assets to support and enhance the wellbeing of our tenants and the community.
The role implements the key priorities under the asset management strategy for the low rise asset class to optimize the long-term performance of the asset through a program of works for the renewal, upgrade and maintenance of the housing and property portfolio. As the point of contact for operational divisions and areas, the Asset Planner role utilises knowledge and analysis of relevant asset information, stakeholder consultation, and coordination of asset management and planning processes to drive investment decisions across the portfolio.
This rewarding and challenging role will work collaboratively within the Low Rise Planning team in the Asset Lifecycle Planning Unit.
