Administration & Accounts Officer

About the role

This is a Part time Administration & Accounts Officer role based in Albury, NSW. You will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the team at LM Landscaping and Irrigation. This is a key role that will support the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties

• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

• Assisting with payroll processing and other financial record-keeping

• Providing customer service and support to clients and colleagues

• Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings

• Supporting the management team with various projects and tasks as needed

• Procuring marketing material and execute posts through various platforms

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administrative or accounts role

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
