What you’ll be doing
Support the national sales team in pre and post sales; prepare contracts, process cancellations, assist with complex billing investigations, prepare change of ownership and reporting as required.Credit investigation and determination of outcome based on credit policy and communicate outcome to the customer.Collaborate with ACIL Support Manager to deliver additional training and documentation to support the national sales team.Support the onboarding of new team members to the national sales teamCompliance managementBooking and managing corporate travel for the broader sales teamRegular delivery of reporting and data analysis.Collaborate with the Billing/Corporate Systems teams to ensure processes are streamlined.
What we’re looking for
Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).Demonstrated expertise in a customer focused role.Motivation to work in a support role, completing adhoc tasks based on project and national sales teams requirements.An analytical thinker who’s comfortable working with data and has a keen eye for detail.
