We’re seeking enthusiastic and reliable Medical Receptionists/Admin staff to join our growing team in Bendigo. Your welcoming smile, strong communication, and organisational skills will be key to delivering an exceptional patient experience across our busy, friendly clinics.

About Us:

We operate 3 neighbouring clinics offering general practice, skin cancer, and beauty/cosmetic services. With 8 experienced doctors, 6 dedicated nurses, and a supportive admin team, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care in a professional and compassionate environment.

About the Role:

This flexible part-time/full-time position (24–38 hrs/week) will suit someone with a warm personality, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

We actively support our team’s learning and development, and encourage career progression into management roles for those who demonstrate strong leadership and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and managing appointments
• Handling phone and email enquiries professionally
• Processing payments and Medicare claims
• Supporting clinical staff with efficient admin processes
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in administration or customer service (medical or beauty experience highly regarded)
• Strong computer skills .
• Honesty, punctuality, and a great team attitude.
• Ability to multitask with a calm, friendly manner

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Health or Business Administration (Medical)
• Medical terminology.

Remuneration:

Pay is based on the Health Professionals and Support Services Award:

$30–$35/hour, depending on relevant experience, skills, and performance
