About your new employer:

• Our client is a specialist commercial law firm that provides practical and commercially focused legal solutions to a broad client base, including government agencies, banks, insurers and private employers.

About the role:

• Manage and advise across a broad range of employers liability and employment-related claims.
• Liaise directly with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
• Conducting legal research, draft correspondence, pleadings and submissions, and preparing practical, accurate advice.
• Appear in courts and tribunals, when necessary.

The ideal candidate:

• Have between 1–3 years’ PQE, with a relevant experience in employment law, insurance litigation, workers compensation, personal injury or related claims.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple matters.
• A collaborative, proactive and personable approach.
