Manager / Senior Accountant

What you'll be doing

No two days are exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:

✅ Managing or supporting a portfolio of diverse clients across a range of industries

✅ Building strong client relationships and providing strategic business and taxation advice

✅ Producing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and management reports

✅ Identifying opportunities to improve client performance and drive business growth

✅ Mentoring and developing junior team members

✅ Contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and client service initiatives

✅ Working closely with leadership to help shape the future of the firm

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping clients and supporting their team.

You'll ideally have:

• A degree in Accounting or a related field

• 6+ years' experience in public practice accounting or business advisory

• CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)

• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation legislation and accounting standards

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience reviewing work and mentoring team members

• Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB, or similar

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
