Accountant - Senior Manager

Position Description:

The position offered is for an Senior Manager for our Richmond Office. 

Job Profile: 

• Manage a broad range of taxation, accounting and financial reporting duties

• Deliver high-level compliance, tax structuring and advisory services to a portfolio of diverse clients

• Review complex Financial Statements, Tax Returns and BAS lodgements

• Lead, mentor and develop junior accounting staff

• Assist clients with ATO compliance

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

The Successful candidate will be an accountant looking to assist and help business owners achieve their desired goals, whilst working in an established and expanding accounting firm with a great culture. Skills and experience

• CA or CPA qualification is required

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a Australia public practice firm

• Advance knowledge of Australia tax legislation and compliance frameworks

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic commercial advice

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience using Xero

• Ability to work independently and as part of Team
