About The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of projects to achieve project financial targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way.
Responsibilities
Contribute to production of the documents and plans that govern the project delivery.Compile accurate scopes of work for subcontracts.Review and approve subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and Specifications.Ensure subcontract and supply agreements and in line with project and company contractual and legal requirements.Administer the project management, change, and control processes in compliance with the project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars and administrative timeframes.Ensure the proper and accurate use of Jobpac in administering the project.
