PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team on a Casual basis.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager

• Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay

• Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services throughout their stay

• Create a great first and last impression of the Hotel

• Working morning, afternoon and overnight shift across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Ideally you will have:

• Experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a guest service or hospitality role

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering gracious and dependable hospitality

• The resilience and confidence to handle guest inquiries and concerns

• The ability to anticipate guest needs

• A current driver's licence

• Ability to work a rotating roster

• A fun & supportive approach to teamwork
