Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Consultant located in Sydney, NSW. You will be responsible for day-to-day retail sales tasks, providing exceptional customer service. You must be a career fashion retailer, eager to thrive in Australia’s premier fashion boutique.Your key responsibilities will be:In–boutique sales and client liaison Drive business performance through pre-determined sales targets Identify new opportunities to improve and develop client relationshipsOperate Point of Sale systemEnd Of Day reportingMaintain boutique standards across Visual Merchandising, display & service
QualificationsThorough knowledge of luxury fashion and all the brands stocked at Parlour XMinimum 5 years retail fashion experience A professional yet fashionable appearance with immaculate groomingComprehensive communication skills with both clients and team membersVisual Merchandising experience Ability to multi-task within a fast paced working environmentKnowledge of market trends, as well as understanding international and local tastesRecognition of which styles work with body shapes so you can provide a personalised touch to sales.Strong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with othersPrevious experience in luxury fashion retail is preferred but not required
