We’re on the lookout for a Community Manager to join our team at our Hertford Gardens site.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the day to day operations of the Gardens Community, ensuring a safe, welcoming and connected environment while delivering exceptional personalised services to residents.

In this Role, You’ll

Deliver a consistently high resident experience by leading day to day community operations, resident engagement, events and wellbeing initiatives. Manage community performance, including occupancy, presentation, asset upgrades, safety compliance, and P&L outcomes. Lead and support a high performing team and contractors, fostering strong relationships with residents, families and key internal stakeholders.

You’re Likely a Match If You

You have experience managing operations in a resident focused environment such as lifestyle communities, aged care, hospitality or property. You’re a confident, compassionate leader with strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally. You’re organised, adaptable and commercially minded, with experience in safety compliance, budgeting and continuous improvement. You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
