We’re on the lookout for a Practice Manager who is less about ticking boxes and more about making things work brilliantly. Whether your background is healthcare, operations, business management, or leading teams in a fast paced service environment, if you know how to bring order to chaos (and keep people motivated while doing it), we want to hear from you.

You’ll be part of our leadership team, helping steer the ship while keeping it steady in sometimes busy, always meaningful waters.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience in a senior administrative, management, or leadership role (3+ years preferred, but not rigid)

• Strong people leadership skills, you know how to bring out the best in others

• Excellent communication and relationship building ability across different teams and stakeholders

• A customer first mindset, patients, staff, and everyone in between

• Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to keep multiple plates spinning

• Strong time management and prioritisation skills

• A calm, compassionate approach in busy or sensitive situations

• Respect for confidentiality and ethical practice

• Enjoy improving systems and making things more efficient

• Don’t panic when things get busy, you get energised

• Like being the person others rely on, and secretly thrive on it

• Accreditation and compliance requirements

• Policies, documentation, and governance systems
