Administration Assistant / Client Services Officer

Our client is a well-established accounting and advisory firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice and exceptional client service. As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their friendly and professional team.

Working closely with the Director and Accountants, you'll play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client onboarding and maintaining client records
• Preparing correspondence, engagement letters and other documentation
• Managing workflow and supporting the accounting team
• Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries
• Assisting with ASIC and ATO administration
• General office and practice administration

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience as a Client Services Officer, Administrator or Practice Administrator within an accounting or professional services firm
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and practice management software
• A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach

Experience with Xero, MYOB or accounting practice software will be highly regarded.
