Business Development Manager- Hire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at HIRECORP PTY LTD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base across Victoria. Based from our Tullamarine office, you will play a key role in achieving our growth objectives and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Preparing comprehensive proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the wider sales and marketing teams
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Providing regular progress updates and contributing to the development of the sales pipeline

About you

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a new business development or sales role, within the hire industry
• Diesel Pump and Generator experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a competitive mindset
• Capacity to work both collaboratively and independently
