About the role:

We are thrilled to announce multiple full-time, permanent opportunities for Bookings Officers at our Brisbane Central location. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your exceptional customer service skills to provide patients with top-notch booking services.
This expansion is in response to the high demand for our services, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and eager to contribute to our ongoing success.

What you’ll be doing: 

Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system, to efficiently manage and organize patient appointments.
Maximising Efficiency: Keep our operations running smoothly by managing appointments and ensuring optimal use of our resources.
Referrals: Handle patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams with accuracy and attention to detail.
Patients Preparation: Communicate clearly with patients, providing them with all necessary information about preparation, cost estimates, and other requirements.

What you will bring: 

• Communication Skills: You excel as an empathetic listener, eager to provide support and assistance, to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Customer Focus: Experience in a customer service in contact centres or customer-facing role is highly advantageous! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
