What you’ll do:
As the friendly voice of Handy Finance, you'll play a key role in helping customers every day by:Providing outstanding support via phone, email, and SMSManaging inbound and outbound customer enquiries with professionalism and empathyPreparing and maintaining accurate data for loan settlementsAssisting customers with day-to-day account and administrative enquiriesUnderstanding customer needs and delivering positive outcomes quicklyWorking closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
