Customer Advisor Relief – Lismore / Northern Rivers

• Lismore based, primarily supporting Lismore, Nimbin and Bangalow branches
• Occasional travel to Kingscliff and Elanora (The Pines branch) where required
• $32.50 per hour + leave loading + superannuation
• 37.5 hours per week

Love variety, local connection and helping different communities? Regional Australia Bank, now joined with Summerland Bank, is looking for a Customer Advisor Relief to support branches across the Northern Rivers.

About the role

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide frontline relief support across our Lismore, Nimbin and Bangalow branches
• Help customers with everyday banking, enquiries, transactions, account opening and digital banking support
• Build strong customer relationships and support local branch teams
• Occasionally travel to Kingscliff and Elanora/The Pines where required
• Work independently while maintaining high service, accuracy and compliance standards

About you

You don’t need banking experience, but you’ll need to bring:

• Confidence working with customers and building relationships
• A warm, helpful and professional service approach
• A calm, capable and reliable style, with good judgement
• Comfort working independently and adapting to different branches
• Good attention to detail and confidence following processes
• Willingness to learn banking systems, products and compliance requirements
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required

Travel support We want you to feel supported while travelling for work. A Regional Australia Bank pool car will be provided for travel between branches where required, and approved out-of-pocket work travel expenses will be covered.   Interested?
