• Armidale based, supporting Uralla, Guyra, Glen Innes, Tenterfield and surrounding branches
• $32.50 per hour + leave loading + superannuation
• Pool car provided for travel between branches where required

Regional Australia Bank is looking for a friendly and adaptable Customer Advisor Relief to support our New England branch network. Based from Armidale, you’ll travel across local communities including Uralla, Guyra, Glen Innes and Tenterfield, helping customers with their everyday banking needs and supporting branch teams where you’re needed most.

About the role

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers across different branch locations
• Assist with everyday banking, enquiries, digital banking support and customer needs
• Build relationships with customers and branch teams across the New England region
• Learn banking systems, processes and compliance requirements
• Step into branches where support is needed and help keep service running smoothly

About you

You don’t need banking experience, but you will need to be confident with people, willing to learn and comfortable moving between different locations and teams.

• A warm and helpful customer service approach
• Good attention to detail and confidence following processes
• Comfort learning new systems and working with technology
• A flexible, reliable and positive attitude
• A current driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel across the New England region
• Flexibility for occasional overnight stays when required

Travel support

We want you to feel supported while travelling for work. A Regional Australia Bank pool car will be provided for travel between branches where required, and approved out-of-pocket work travel expenses will be covered.
