Overview of the Role:   

We are now looking for a career minded and goal orientated individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Service Advisor at City Motors Group. The successful applicant will serve as the primary contact between the dealership and our customers and will be responsible for keeping our clients up to date with the progress of their service or repair.
 

Reporting to the Service Manager your day to day duties include:

• Greeting and serving in customers

• Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork

• Face to Face and phone enquiries.

• Supply general advice/quotations

• Following up customer requirements

• Updating customers on their service or repair

• Booking customer's for service and repair work

• Utilising our internal computer system

• Liaising with clients about their cars needs

• Organising loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled out

• Follow all internal processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant Must have:  

• Customer Service experience - essential

• Excellent computer skills

• The ability to multi-task

• Strong administration skills

• Work together as a team

• Dispute resolution skills

• The ability to think on your feet

• Strong organisational skills
