Studio & Operations Coordinator

Part-time | 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)Based in our Warehouse/Studio space in Gregory Hills, Sydney
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 + Super (pro rata, depending on experience) with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role
As our Founder continues to focus on designing collections, creative direction and growing SONYAMODA globally, we're looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Studio & OperationsCoordinator to become her operational right hand.
This role is centred around customer service, warehouse operations and fulfilment, while alsosupporting production, wholesale, photoshoots and day-to-day business operations. The successfulcandidate should be available Tuesday to Thursday and be willing to provide additional flexibilityduring peak trading periods, collection launches and photoshoots when required.
Customer Experience (Primary Focus)• Manage customer emails and deliver an exceptional customer experience.• Process returns, exchanges and quality inspections.• Resolve customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
Warehouse & Fulfilment (Primary Focus)• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.• Steam garments to a premium standard.• Beautifully wrap orders using tissue paper and premium presentation.• Maintain warehouse organisation and inventory accuracy.• Assist with receiving, lifting and moving stock when required.
Operations & Studio Support• Coordinate production schedules and supplier follow-ups.• Support wholesale orders and work closely with Australian and US sales teams.• Prepare samples for photoshoots.• Coordinate model castings and shoot logistics.• Support the Founder with operational priorities and keep projects moving.
The Person We're Looking ForYou have approximately 1–4 years' experience in retail, ecommerce, fashion or operations andgenuinely enjoy hands-on work.
You take enormous pride in how you get things done. You're highly organised, detail-oriented andmaintain exceptional accuracy. You work quickly without compromising quality and enjoy creatingbeautiful customer experiences—from responding to customer emails to carefully packing everyparcel.
You're happy to roll up your sleeves, whether that means steaming garments, organising thewarehouse, preparing wholesale orders or helping behind the scenes at a photoshoot. No task isbeneath you because you understand that every detail reflects the SONYA MODA brand.
