An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced Smeaton Grange branch, supporting an established and experienced service team.

About the Role

• Greeting and assisting customers, both in person and by phone, bringing vehicles in for service and maintenance

• Preparing service orders and scheduling repairs, coordinating with technicians and mechanics

• Advising customers on required parts and ensuring accurate, timely ordering

• Providing accurate cost estimates and handling billing and payments

• Keeping customers updated throughout the servicing and repair process

• Providing customers with detailed reports on work performed

• Maintaining accurate service records, warranties and service agreement documentation

What You Will Need

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive repair role

• Solid understanding of IVECO and FUSO vehicles, and general automotive repair processes

• Valid driver's licence and Australian work rights

Desirable:

• Manufacturer training from IVECO or FUSO (or both)

• Dealership experience or a strong customer satisfaction track record

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Comfortable identifying opportunities to recommend additional services where relevant

Working Hours

Full time, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
