Talking Beauty is looking for skin therapist to join our team in Hawthorn, Vic

We are looking for 2 superstars

Your days will be a mix of delivering beautiful treatments, supporting skins with barrier first treatments and products

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional beauty and skin treatments with a barrier first approach

• Creating a warm, personalised experience for every client

• Conducting consultations and understanding your clients’ individual needs

• Recommending treatments and homecare suited to each client

• Building genuine, long-term client relationships

• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and presentation

• Working as part of a supportive and friendly team

• Keeping up to date with products, treatments and industry knowledge

• Contributing to a positive and happy clinic environment

We’re looking for someone who is confident, warm, genuine and passionate about skin and beauty.

You might be experienced and ready to take the next step in your career, or simply looking for a beautiful clinic where you can settle in, grow and enjoy coming to work.

Ideally, you will have:

• A recognised Beauty or Dermal Therapy degree

• 4+ years in a similar role

• A genuine passion for the beauty industry

• Great communication skills and a friendly personality

• Confidence with clients and consultations

• A high level of attention to detail

• Excellent personal presentation

• A reliable, positive and professional attitude

• The ability to work independently while being a great team player

• Skin barrier knowledge and experience with treating barrier imparied skins

• IPL, sugaring and lash lifting experience or willing to learn

• Advanced treatments such as skin needling is a must
