Legal Front of House / Receptionist – Shoalhaven

If you are someone who shines around other people, is organised with attention to detail, and goes above and beyond in their duties, then we'd love to hear from you.

You will be the first person to greet clients by phone and in office as our legal receptionist and the ongoing management of client relations, hence you will be a people person.

We are a friendly boutique law firm based in the Shoalhaven, and in your role you will also work closely to support our team working both remotely and in office.

The role includes

• Client reception and phone enquiries

• Management of social media profiles

• General office duties (mail, banking, organisation)

• Assisting solicitors with documents and appointments

• Administrative support across the team

About you

• Friendly, organised, and reliable

• Ability to work in a bustling boutique firm and triage your tasks efficiently

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Willing to learn or build on existing skills

• Competent in Canva, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF

• Driver’s licence and reliable car required

Salary commensurate with experience.
