This is a head chef and store management position at a takeaway pizza restaurant where all gourmet food preparation is centralised at a central kitchen and most stock arrives ready-made. Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store

• Take orders and use POS system

• Cash handling and close daily balances

• Order daily stock from central kitchen

• Hand stretch pizza dough and handle double deck pizza oven is a must.

• Experience making pastas and using deep fryer

• Supervise staff members

• Keep store compliance up to date

About you

• Must be able to hand stretch pizza dough and handle double deck pizza oven

• Experience making pastas and using deep fryer

• Experience in supervising other staff members
