Your New Role:

As our Service Coordinator, you'll be integral to ensuring seamless customer service experiences and operational efficiency within our service department. You'll coordinate the activities of our Field Service Technicians, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly and with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Handle and process incoming service requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.

• Operational Coordination: Schedule and allocate work for Field Service Technicians, monitor job progress, and ensure all service activities align with customer expectations and company standards.

• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain clear and effective communication channels between customers and internal teams, facilitating smooth service delivery and resolution of issues.

• Administrative Support: Manage documentation such as quotes, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Performance Metrics: Meet monthly KPIs related to service revenue, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a service coordination role within a related industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and operations.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a dedication to delivering outstanding service experiences.

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
