Customer Care Consultant - Trade Store - Malaga WA

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a full-time Customer Care Consultant to join our vibrant Trade Store team in Malaga, WA!

This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service every day. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing inbound phone calls and email enquiries while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver face-to-face customer service and handle enquiriesProcess customer orders and manage order updatesWork closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are metResolve customer issues efficiently and professionallyMaintain accurate customer records and correspondenceBuild strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

Experience in customer service and/or call centres (experience in retail or trades will be highly regarded)Confident and clear communication manner - written and verbalFamiliarity with learning new technologyProblem-solving ability and proactive attitude
