We're looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team in Townsville. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a supportive team.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for customers.Provide product advice and process customer orders and enquiries accurately.Support merchandising, stock replenishment and store presentation.Assist with stock management, including receipting, resets and inventory tasks.Work with the team to maintain a safe, productive and customer-focused store.

What You'll Bring

Experience in retail, customer service or a trade environment.A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.Confidence using computer systems and completing administrative tasks accurately.The ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Regarded

Previous experience within an electrical wholesaler, industrial supplier, or similar trade-focused environmentExposure to merchandising, stock control, stock replenishment, and store resets
