About the RoleWe are currently seeking for a Quality Systems Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and improving FK’s Quality Management System to ensure ongoing ISO 9001 compliance. This is a unique opportunity to contribute and working closely with teams across the business, the role promotes a shared responsibility for quality in everyday work.
What You’ll DoMaintain ISO 9001 certification and keep the quality system up to date and ensuring compliance with all requirements.Improve the quality and consistency of project documentation.Develop and maintain practice standards, processes and templates.Capture and analyse client feedback to identify ways to improve systems and reduce issues.Drive continuous improvement by capturing feedback and using quality insights to strengthen systems, reduce risks and promote a culture of shared accountability for quality.
What You’ll BringSolid understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.Experience in architecture and design is required, would suit experienced technical leader.Knowledge of documentation standards, coordination and project delivery processes.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.Excellent organisation and attention to detail in managing quality records and processes.Ability to train and engage teams in quality practices.Confidence to promote a culture of quality across all levels of the business.Interest in using technology and innovation to improve quality processes.
