Paradise Pizzeria Ristorante is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef to become part of our dynamic team. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about creating exceptional dishes and excelling in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications & experience

• At least hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and/or a Diploma in Hospitality Management.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Develop Menu and implement seasonal specials.

• Plan, prep, and cook dishes to the highest standards.

• Lead and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.

• Monitor food preparation to guarantee quality and consistency.

• Maintain stock levels and manage inventory control.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to develop their skills.

• Manage kitchen scheduling and staff allocation.

• Work closely with front-of-house to ensure timely dish delivery.

• Oversee kitchen cleanliness and maintenance.
