Internal Sales Coordinator

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Internal Sales Consultant to join our Willawong-based customer service team.

This role combines structured outbound sales activity with day-to-day customer support. You’ll make proactive calls to follow up quotes, promote offers, reconnect with customers, and support regional and under-serviced accounts, while also helping customers with enquiries, keying orders, pricing, availability, and product information.

It’s a great fit for someone who is currently working in a sales-focused role, enjoys regular customer conversations, and is confident using follow-up activity to support customer relationships and sales outcomes.

• Respond to customer calls, emails, pricing enquiries, product questions, general support requests, and order-related enquiries

• Key customer orders accurately and follow up order details as needed to keep requests moving

• Make structured outbound calls to follow up quotes, leads, campaigns, and customer opportunities

• Promote current offers, pricing opportunities, and relevant product solutions in a helpful and customer-focused way

• Support regional and low-touch accounts by keeping regular contact and helping drive stronger sales momentum

• Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, clear communication, and reliable service

• Provide accurate updates on orders, pricing, product availability, delivery timeframes, and customer requests

• Maintain customer records, quote follow-ups, campaign activity, and sales administration

• Work closely with Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and the wider customer service team to keep customer activity visible and moving

• Current experience in sales, outbound sales, internal sales, sales support, account support, or a similar commercially focused role

• Confidence making outbound calls, following up customers, and keeping sales conversations moving

• Experience working with quotes, pricing, product offers, customer opportunities, or follow-up activity

• A customer-first approach, with the confidence to identify and support practical sales opportunities

• Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss orders, pricing, product information, and customer needs clearly

• Accuracy when keying orders, updating customer details, and working through order-related follow-up

• Good organisation, attention to detail, and a reliable approach to follow-through

• Comfort working with customer data, reports, or CRM information to guide follow-up activity

• Sales-experienced, with a genuine customer-first approach

• Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with a wide range of customers

• Proactive, organised, and good at following through

• Positive, resilient, and comfortable working in a busy team environment

• Motivated by sales follow-up, helping customers, and getting things done

• Experience in a trade, hardware, construction, industrial, or product-based environment

• Exposure to quoting, sales reporting, campaign support, or customer follow-up activity

• Previous experience supporting a field sales team
