Chef | BentSpoke BrewPub (Full-time)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team at the BentSpoke BrewPub in Braddon. This is an opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, contribute ideas to our food offering, and be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional food and hospitality experiences.

The Role

As a Chef at BentSpoke, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality food and service.

You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and presenting dishes to BentSpoke standards

• Managing your section and supporting smooth kitchen operations during service

• Assisting with food preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation

• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance

• Supporting menu execution, specials and seasonal offerings

• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a great guest experience

• Contributing positively to our kitchen culture and leading by example

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A passion for craft beer, great food and innovative food pairing

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

• Previous experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge

• Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills

• The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

• A positive, team-focused attitude

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
