Hey Buddy is fast paced a cafe based in West Ulverstone Tas.

We seeking applications from experienced and passionate chefs to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:

· Minimum 3 years experiences in a professional kitchen

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong understanding of produce, stock control, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment

· The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere

· Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.

· Competently cook breakfast, lunch and dinner services

· Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately.

· Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant’s menus

· Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice

· Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members

· Maintain high standards and lead by example

Key Qualifications & experience

· Leadership, team management, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Cert IV in Kitchen Management or higher qualification in the similar stream.

As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary

Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred.

Pay: $57,277.42 – $86,329.82 per year
