Administration Officer

About the role

K2M Reo is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Administration Officer to join our team at our off-site office in Lonsdale, Adelaide SA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on administration experience within the civil construction industry who understands the fast-paced nature of managing documentation, subcontractor coordination, payroll support, and project administration. Full time - Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day | Location: Lonsdale, Adelaide SA (office-based)

Key responsibilities

• Managing worker inductions and maintaining compliance documentation
• Liaising with payroll regarding timesheets and hours worked
• Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets and project records
• Processing invoices and assisting with accounts administration
• Liaising with subcontractors and workers regarding hours, documentation and invoice queries
• Supporting day-to-day civil construction administration requirements

About you

• Previous administration experience within the civil construction sector is essential
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicating with subcontractors, workers, payroll and internal teams
• Experience using Xero is highly preferred
• Experience with Procore software is advantageous but not essential
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
