About the role

ICS Dental Studio, a premier dental practice located in East Hills NSW 2213, is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant + Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a casual role that offers the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional patient care and support throughout the dental treatment process

2. Assisting the dentist with various procedures, including chair-side support and instrument sterilisation

3. Greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and handling front desk duties

4. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring the dental clinic operates efficiently

5. Promoting a positive, patient-centric environment and contributing to the overall success of the practice

What we're looking for

1. Qualifications in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience in a similar role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients

3. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

4. Proficiency in using dental software and computer systems

5. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
