SIA Dental is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our growing team across our Burwood and Mulgrave practices.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, organised and motivated applicant who enjoys working with patients and wants to build a genuine career in dentistry.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcome patients and provide warm, professional service

• Manage appointments, recalls, enquiries, payments and general reception duties

• Maintain accurate patient records and support the wider dental team

• Coordinate the daily appointment schedule and keep the practice running smoothly

• Process payments, patient accounts and health fund claims

• Assist with clinical procedures as you develop your Dental Assistant skills

• Support infection control and surgery turnover between patients

We’re looking for someone who:

• Dental reception experience is essential

• Good understanding of dental terminology and practice workflows

• Confident, organised and reliable, with strong patient communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable with practice management software (Dental4Windows and D4W Cloud)

• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy practice

• Dental Assistant experience is an advantage
