About the role
Help reform water management in Victoria
This job is for you if you are:
The Senior Policy Officer, leads key policy development and projects that build capacity to manage delivery risks in the Murray System and protect Victoria’s interests in interstate water sharing matters.The role is part of the Retail Entitlement Reform team that enables communities to get the most out of Victoria’s water resources. They oversee and reform how Victoria’s retail water entitlements are defined in declared water systems to provide certainty and flexibility and providing strategic oversight of reforms related to interstate water sharing and delivery in the Murray River.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
This is a fixed term position available until 10 July 2027. The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD - flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
