Electrical Project Manager or Senior Electrician

Live Electrical & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager or a motivated licensed electrician who is ready to transition into project management.

About the Role
You will oversee electrical projects from commencement through to completion while leading trades, coordinating schedules and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple electrical and solar projects

• Coordinating electricians and subcontractors

• Scheduling works and allocating resources

• Liaising with builders, insurers and customers

• Ordering materials and managing project budget

• Maintaining project documentation using SimPRO

• Ensuring compliance with AS/NZS Standards and Electrical Safety legislation

• Supporting and mentoring field staff

• Delivering projects safely, on time and within budget

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in applicants who are:

• Current QLD Licensed Electricians

• Experienced Electrical Project Managers

• Leading Hands, Supervisors or Senior Electricians wanting to progress into management

• Strong communicators with excellent customer service skills

• Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities

• Passionate about building long-term client relationships

Desirable Experience

• Domestic and commercial electrical work

• Solar PV installations

• HVAC experience

• Insurance restoration industry

• SimPRO experience

• Team leadership or supervision
  (Experience in project management is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate. If you're an experienced electrician looking to move off the tools into leadership, we'd love to hear from you.)
