Senior Electrical Project Manager

$110,000 - $140,000 + Super + Company Vehicle + Phone + Laptop (Negotiable for the right person)

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for another Project Manager to help lead projects from initial handover through to successful completion.

You'll take ownership of multiple commercial and insurance projects across Melbourne.

You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered:

• Safely

• Profitably

• On time

• To a very high standard

• With exceptional communication from start to finish

You'll work closely with our estimators, electricians, apprentices, administration team, builders, insurers and clients.

No two days are the same.

One day you may be coordinating a commercial fit-out, the next you'll be managing a large insurance restoration after a fire or flood.

• Manage projects from handover through to completion

• Coordinate electricians, subcontractors and suppliers

• Schedule labour and materials efficiently

• Attend site meetings

• Build strong relationships with builders and clients

• Monitor project budgets and profitability

• Identify and price variations

• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance

• Complete project documentation

• Maintain clear communication with everyone involved

• Solve problems before they become issues

You'll probably have:

• Electrical trade qualification

• Previous Project Management experience within electrical contracting

• Strong commercial awareness

• Excellent organisational skills

• Great communication with clients and trades

• The ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong computer skills

• Experience using project management software (AroFlo experience highly regarded)
