We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators / Packers to join our Production team.

Available Shifts

• Morning Shift: 6.00am - 2.00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

Monday to Friday

About the Role

Working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, packing food-grade plastic packaging, conducting quality checks, and ensuring products meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Pack food-grade plastic packaging products.
• Perform quality inspections and identify product defects.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow GMP, quality, and safety procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
• Meet production and quality targets.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience operating machinery or working as a packer.
• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment (highly regarded).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
• GMP knowledge (highly desirable).
