The Opportunity
We are actively recruiting for a Farm Administrator to join our Almond team at Tooleybuc/Old Goodnight Farm on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), in Tooleybuc, New South Wales.
Responsibilities
General office duties such as filing, ordering office supplies and other administrative tasks
Assist with all stages of the purchasing process – quoting, ordering, receipting and approval of invoices.
Support and maintain records and quality assurance requirements.
Assist in effectively handling all compliance for contractors, labour contractors, vendors, equipment and processors.
Assist to maintain all farm registers.
Administration of safety related documentation and reporting tools.
Supporting all staff on site.
