Capral Building Systems is a leader in distributing Architectural Window and Door Aluminium Profiles and Hardware. We are on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivated Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team as aim to be the preferred supplier for Aluminium Window and Door profiles to our Victorian fabricator base.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, in this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your passion for customer service and satisfaction will shine. Primary Responsibilities:

• Entering sales orders and quote preparation with a timely manner
• Answering telephone enquiries and providing updates to key stakeholders such as the external sales team
• Provide project status updates such as lead times liaising with our on-site Regional Distribution Centre
• Applying Capral credit processes
• Qualify and pass on sales leads or market information to the sales team
• Learning and providing technical product support to customers
• The ability to attend key Capral Aluminium Marketing or Industry Events

About You

To be a considered applicants we ask that you have:

• A great attitude towards customer success and positive work ethic
• An effective communication style and a respectful telephone manner
• The ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication
• Entry level IT and Phone Skills (Microsoft 365)
• A ‘safety-first’ attitude and team culture
