We are seeking a vibrant, customer-focused, and energetic individual to join our front-of-house team at Hello Harry Toowoomba. As a key face of our venue, you will play an essential role in delivering legendary burger experiences and creating a warm, upbeat environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Hospitality:
• Enthusiastically greet, seat, and attend to guests to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
• Confidently answer questions regarding menu items, dietary requirements, and daily specials.
• Drive sales through attentive service, menu recommendations, and upselling.
• Food & Beverage Service:
• Take orders accurately at the counter or table using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with state licensing laws.
• Venue Operations & Cleanliness:
• Perform pre-service setup and end-of-day pack-down duties.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables quickly to maintain efficient table turnover.
• Maintain spotless front-of-house areas, dining spaces, and service counters, including participation in scheduled deep-cleaning routines.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Adhere to all food handling, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification (Essential).
• Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment is preferred, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are paramount.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain cool under pressure during peak trade hours.
• High standard of personal presentation and reliability.
• Flexibility to work a varied roster, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
