And now, we’re looking for our next Events Coordinator!

If you’re an experienced events professional who loves creating memorable moments, thrives on bringing all the details together and gets a buzz from seeing an event come to life, this could be your vine change.

About the Role

Working from our Estate in the beautiful Rutherglen Wine region, this is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You’ll work across the full event journey, from planning through to on-the-day delivery, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and our guests feel genuinely looked after.

You’ll be the calm, capable presence on event days, working closely with our hospitality, kitchen and operations teams to deliver high-quality experiences that reflect our brand.

Weekend and evening work is a requirement for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating and delivering weddings, private events and corporate functions.

• Leading event execution on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly

• Acting as the key contact for clients and guests during events

• Managing event setup, presentation and supplier coordination

• Briefing and supporting event staff

• Working closely with kitchen and venue teams

• Preparing event orders and managing internal communications

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people and details together to create something special.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in events, hospitality or a similar role (3+ years)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

• Confident communication and a warm, professional style

• A team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed.

• Must have permanent rights to work in Australia

Required:

• RSA Certificate

• Food Safety Certificate

• Driver's License
